This was the second time my wife and I visited this place. Both times the food was not impressionable. The first time we were their thought maybe it was just a fluke. However, just revisited today and to our disappointment the food was not acceptable. I ordered the "hamburger steak". The hash browns were cold and not crispy, the biscuit was very dry and the coffee tasted like left over grinds. My wife ordered a pancake, which was good size however, was flavorless and spongy. To top of off our server didn't listen to what my wife had ordered and wanted to fuss with her. Needles to say, we were there for the last time...

Great little place to stop and eat in Harrisburg. Service is always very good. Prices are reasonable, and the food taste great. Very good variety of items on the menu too. A must go to when in the area.

Took a little Sunday drive and landed here for breakfast. Great service, busy place but very attentive. Food was plentiful and my German sausage omelette was stuffed just right. Dining guest enjoyed the French toast, the bread was fresh and tasted of cinnamon. California eggs Benedict had a good portion of avocado to the spinach tomato ratio. Hollandaise was okay not memorable. Lunch and dinner menu had a good variety...it's a 50's diner theme so think burgers, sandwiches and banana splits. Will visit agin.

Being in the Portland metro area, it's a treat to stop in the small towns that support the agricultural lifeblood of our state. My wife had a business meeting close by and we decided to find a lunch spot for a bite before the meeting. Decided on The 99 Grill and was not disappointed! Extensive menu, breakfast all day! The food we ordered was spot on; tasty and very reasonably priced. Lilly was great as our server as well. This is mostly a spot for the locals, but we were made welcome. If you're headed to central Oregon coast and are getting off I-5, head this direction and stop in; a great meal and service await you!
